Thought after reading the Software as a Service chapter in "Brief Guide to Cloud Computing" I thought I would try out a bit more mashing with few new Cloud based SaaS tools from Zoho.com and found this neat customisable chat function called ZOHO Shout you can log in to Zoho using your gmail credentials and once their their chat tool chat.zoho.com allows you to build your own custom chat widget in html, I was then easily able to embed into my blog and further customise below.
