1 nm transistor anyone?
Morning I must be on a roll as woke up thinking what is the world's smallest transistor...?
Answer: as of October 2016 Scientists at Berkley developed a breakthrough 1 nanometer transistor (previous efforts in silicon broke down at 5 nm due to Quantum tunneling). So improving the theory of Moore's Law yet again!
